The Spine Unit at PB Health is a dedicated orthopaedic centre for the comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of conditions affecting the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. Operating within the Department of Orthopaedics, the unit provides evidence-based, patient-centred care supported by advanced spinal imaging, specialist surgical expertise, and integrated physiotherapy and rehabilitation pathways.

Integrated Spine Care Model
The Spine Unit operates within PB Health's broader Orthopaedics department, following a coordinated, multidisciplinary care model. Orthopaedic spine surgeons collaborate with neurologists, interventional pain specialists, radiologists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation physicians to evaluate each case comprehensively.
Every patient receives an individually tailored management plan, progressing from conservative orthopaedic care and pain modulation through to minimally invasive procedures or open surgery as clinically required, followed by structured rehabilitation.
