Do's

• Inform your doctor of all blood-thinning medications. You may need to pause them temporarily.
• Avoid coming on an empty stomach.
• Bring a companion if possible.
• You may wear a supportive bra on the day for post-procedure comfort.Before the Appoitment, consult interventional doctor. Must be reviewed before procedure: PT/INR,Platelet count, Hemoglobin, Kidney function test (if contrast planned). Fast for 4–6 hours before the scan Post-Procedure Care
• Observe for 2–6 hours (depending on procedure).

Don'ts

• ⚠ Note: Avoid applying deodorant, talcum powder, lotion, or perfume to the breast or underarm area on the day of the scan — these can create artefacts on the image.
