She completed her postgraduate training in Neurology at the prestigious Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (G.B. Pant Hospital), Delhi.
After completing her core neurology training, Dr. Chawla pursued a one-year fellowship in Neuromuscular Disorders at NIMHANS, Bengaluru, gaining specialized expertise in conditions affecting the nerves, muscles, and neuromuscular junction which include neuropathies, myopathies, myasthenia gravis etc.
